2nd time in one year I've had Runland do a major job. Beautiful outcome for interior work on 19' walls in living room, entry & stairwell. Polite, skilled & efficient crew. John & Mason were terrific to work with. I'll be contacting them again for future projects & recommend them to friends.

The service was great, I needed this job done last minute and they made it happen. I had the complete inside of our 1800 sq foot home painted, they started on Monday and had it done by Thursday. They showed up on time every day and checked up with me on any concerns and just went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Great group of guys. I will use them on my future paint needs.

I move to Lacey and needed some painting done in my home. I received 3 quotes and Runland was right in the middle for my price point. Their work was exceptional and the crew that came to paint the interior of my home was professional and efficient. Runland did an amazing job and would definitely recommend anyone looking to get a paint job done. Thank you John and Mason for the great work done.

Man oh man I'm in a bit of shock here. These guys were absolutely fantastic. Literally every piece of this company starting with Mason in sales, who spent time with me going through everything, and was flexible to do so on my back porch as I enjoyed a cigar. While we chatted he asked if I had a timeline in mind, and when I mentioned we are having a baby in June he showed genuine excitement, offered advice (when asked, he didn't just push it on me), and honestly I just felt like I was talking to a buddy. On top of that, he was professional and extremely knowledgeable, walking me through every step that would be taken and telling while selling. John was communicative and flexible as well, and our job was actually moved up quite a bit with a gap in the weather, and he was patient while we got HOA approval on our colors. The painting team.... If I had a company of my own, doing anything, I'd try to steal them. We had a bunch of guys come through and every one of them was fantastic. One found an old paint drip on my window and removed it while prepping for the new one; he also quickly pivoted to taking down my second speaker when he saw I was going to clean them. Jorge and Justin finished up today, and noticed a very small patch of overspray onto my screen and window. They removed the screen and put new material up and cleaned that portion of the window thoroughly. During our final walkthrough they were extremely receptive to anything I noticed, and even caught small things they wanted to take care of at the same time. All of it was taken care of before they left. This company is legit; their prices are great for the service you get (and beat other bidders by 10k), they take everything off your house to paint behind it, the re-caulk everything, and they are friendly and happy to tackle what needs to be done.
