Tacoma Goodwill Outlet

This Goodwill Outlet was a total letdown. The selection was sparse, the place looks huge from the outside but it's not a big shopping area, there aren't a ton of bins to search through, and almost every bin of clothing I searched through was disgusting!! I can usually find a few bagfuls of treasures, especially at the outlet stores, but at Tacoma Goodwill Outlet, I spent less than $5. I won't be going back there anytime soon!!

New staff here is VERY rude! I rode my bicycle today taking advantage of nice weather and brought with me my backpack for transporting items I purchase back home. After I paid for my item as I was exiting some new female staff yelled out "You're banned from here!" Then rushed back inside. I went inside to ask who she was talking to since it couldn't be me. I bought my stuff and come every few days here. She wouldn't even look at me or explain herself. Just kept walking away. Another new also female employee then approached me saying I was banned because when I came in my backpack was flat and now it's not! I was furious!! I said "Really? Want to see what's in my tiny backpack? My water bottle and my headphones and I know you are not going to try to claim that I found these $400 headphones here and stole them! So your other employee was incorrect!" Never got an apology or anything. Very rude and unprofessional the way the first one barked at me then ran away scared and the 2nd employee as well! Not shopping here anymore
