Im starting to think nobody even works here because NOBODY EVER picks the phone up. Let you owe them on a payment then they will be blowing your phone up but for any other reason they will not answer the phone!! Update: finally got ahold of someone. Turns out they charge you extra for not doing any treatment towards the patient. Even if youre paid up to date and stop treatment somehow you owe more? In the months of appts that I went to they didnt even do anything to treat my daughter yet I was still paying so why is it that I owe more money and that Im not receiving any money back for non treatment for months!!! Never will use this office again and will not recommend to anyone!!

The absolute worst communication! They will contact you daily regarding a missed payment but as soon as you would like to reschedule or get your braces fixed you have to call at least 10 times & even then nobody will get back to you!!

Down payment non-refundable! Poor communication.! We had set a down payment to start services... Afterwards I Called insurance and they said my son's braces should be fully covered.. so I tried to call and stop services. I left multiple messages. Did not receive a response. Got a hold of them the following week. They tell me down payment is non-refundable. What kind of business does this?!! FYI a friend of mine also took her child here and had the same communication problem. She used the phrase "non-existent". I would put zero stars if I could.
