        First time going to pearl vision, I always wanted a pair of transition glasses I finally got the money to get a pair and from the beginning they measured my face wrong, and they keep trying to adjust them and don't get the adjustment right, so I can't even wear them.

        Went in for a routine eye exam, which went fine. I was excited to purchase new sunglasses, a designer brand I've had my eye on for over a year. Kerry told me to try them on, and then told me to "go pick something else," as she thought they would pinch my nose (they did NOT). She literally would NOT write up the order for them. I was floored by her rudeness and refusal to order the style I wanted. So much for customer service! The styles in store were very limited for both sunglasses and eyeglasses, so I took my prescription and left. Rude staff, high prices, basic ho-hum styles....I will NOT return to Pearle.
