Been buying my glasses at the Tacoma Costco for years and never knew they had an eye clinic next door til now. Glad I gave them a try. Easy to make an appointment. Front staff was attentive and did some testing where I saw the doctor who was extremely kind. They answered all of my questions and took care of all my ocular needs. Would definitely recommend them! Great price too!

Professional, expert, patient oriented, all the bells and whistles supporting technology, and dedicated to precise vision Rx. Most thorough and comprehensive optometry eye exam that I have had in the past twenty years at the cost of a regular exam. The front receptionist and the doctor's assistant are both very capable, professional, and quality people. The doctor, Shane Hager, is the best - full stop. Kudos to Tacoma Family Eyecare in Costco, Tacoma.

Been going to get my eyes checked for years at the clinic. Each time it has been easy to get in quickly, get checked, happy with my visit. I usually get in there when I realize I am on my last set of contact lenses. The doc I see usually will give me some complimentary trials to hold me over until my order with Costco comes in. Great service each and every time. :-)

Never had any eye concerns but my near vision started to be a challenge. A friend recommended that I check out the clinic inside Costco. Glad that I did. Appointment was easy to make online. Check-in was prompt. The doctor was thorough and explained everything to me. Happy patient.

Staff was nice, but I was unimpressed with the doctor who did my eye exam. His goal was to get me in and out as quickly as possible. (Maybe 5 minutes?) He had no interest in knowing what my prior eye prescription was or if it had changed at all. I will not go back.
