From A Resident "I was recommended here by family, and this place became like an extension of my family. I am so grateful for all the help, and care that was received during my stay here. It is a lovely place, with a caring staff. They really do care about me and I can feel it!"

The care and rehabilitation services I received at Avamere were wonderful. The daily-cleaned private rooms, the individual meal choices, the personalized rehabilitation program, and a caring, attentive staff who showed kindness and compassion all made Avamere a place of healing. I am grateful for their care and highly recommended Avamere Rehabilitation Center.

My father was a patient here from June to October. He ended up being transferred back to the hospital where he passed away. The place is clean the staff is caring, but I dont think he received enough medical care while he was there. He is stubborn and not a complainer so some of the blame is on him. The place is set up for a short transitional stay. Best for 2-4 weeks. Physical therapy is just down the hall. All the rooms are private with a bathroom attached. They have two meal choices for each meal and try hard to accommodate the patient. If I need a place for myself for a transition care Id stay here!

My husband just came home after spending two months at Avamere. The immediate staff that took great care of him. They were amazing. Our personal favorites were Paul and Oxsana, but the others were very kind and caring. The food was not my husbands favorite, but he is picky. He comes from a family of great cooks and restaurant owners. We did have a lot of mix up to which days were rounding which resulted in my taking time off work only to be told no rounding today or it would be on a different day. That is why I gave only 4 stars. Crystal is wonderful to work with and really tried her best. Although she was caught in the middle a lot. Would I use Avamere again if I needed to? Yes I would. It is clean. Does not smell of pee. The care givers are amazing. Physical therapy is the best and my husband improved.
