If I could give a negative review. I absolutely would. "Dr" Darby is a complete joke. He is absolutely not about patient care

I helped a family member (Sonya) by calling to schedule an appointment at Port Clinic. No one picked up the phone, so I left a voice message. A receptionist called me back the next day, and I took Sonya in. Paul Darby was the attending doctor. He seemed knowledgeable at first, but when he took the ex-rays of the injury, he could not see what was needed to see in the ex-rays, so he sent Sonya to a lab. When the ex-rays came, Dr. Darby still could not identify where the pain came from. He scheduled her for an MRI. Sonya dealt with her work injury. Now she's dealing with the risky painful dye injection as well. The pain added to her injury. She was in tears during the dye injection process. That's not the problem. Sonya continued to work full-time, and when she asked for some relief on her duties at work, he approved it. When the companys HR asked him questions, he got flustered. He told Sonyas HR that she manipulated the case and that he would not see her again. That is how it works at this clinic. When an incompetent doctor wanted to end the L&I case, he flipped things around. She made a complaint to the board of directors, and they are supporting this incompetent doctor. My suggestion is to check out other clinics.
