This IHOP may be on Hosmer Street but REALLY you would never even know that once you step inside the place. It's a total different environment the host is wonderful she always makes sure to get you seated quickly and her cherry personality makes you feel right at home. Try this IHOP out you won't be disappointed. If you go during the daytime from 9am-3pm it's the best time to go. During the weekend can get pretty busy though so be prepared to wait a few mins for an available table if you go on a weekend morning. You can also make reservations at this location.

Quick stop before moving on to another event. My coffee was presented and brought on time. My server when I asked for GRATED CHEESE told me they did not have that but they had CHEDDAR CHEESE & proceeded to bring me grated "cheddar" cheese -- when I pointed out that what she brought WAS grated cheese she just shrugged. So maybe it was the word grated that caused the confusion. I was not offered condiments so had to go up to server station to ask for them myself and wait there while someone brought to me -- then I walked back to my table. Parking: There is only ONE entrance so if you get a space behind the building you must walk all around to get to the entrance
