Go Philly Cheesesteaks & Wings

I go here at least once a week, the cheesesteaks, garlic fries, and wings here are phenomenal! Parking is limited, but it's never so busy that you can't find a spot.

So for my birthday they sent me a $5 off coupon, of course when I went it didn't work. Very disappointed. I know stuff happens but the attitude I received from the young man at the register left a lot to be desired. I try to support locally owned businesses but sometimes it's hard. It'll be a while before I go back again but their food is still good, don't let my one bad experience keep you from stopping by. Customer service and promotions just needs to be worked on.

Living right next door and hearing all the rave reviews from friends I was super excited to finally get to try Go Philly but our sandwiches were extremely salty, idk if it was a fluke but it was so salty I couldnt eat more than a few bites. My son thought the same & didnt eat his either! The bread was amazing though & the garlic fries were good but also a lil too salty! My youngest had chicken strips w/ garlic fries which he said were amazing! Wish I couldnt give a different review but after spending $50+ for food we didnt eat its disappointing! I was looking forward to having a new go to spot close to home but my blood pressure just cant handle that amount of sodium!

Horrible Customer Service. Extremely bad Attitude (fair skin girl). Their internet was down on the machine they use so they weren't receiving the online orders (understandable)! Whats not acceptable is slamming the window in someone's face bc you wanted to exhort dominance about one sauce "Your only getting five wings!" when I told you I paid for two. Having that rude woman at the window will make you loose all your customers. Make sure you tell her to keep that same energy outside those walls!!!
