        Amy is superb. I was amazed at the difference in my body after a session with her. I didn't realize I was so stiff until I did things like turning to look as I was backing out of a parking spot. I came to Amy to help relieve some of the tightness in my arms and hands, and my hips. She worked on different parts of my body, as one area will affect another. I felt like a new woman!
