Mediocre massage. Barely any pressure even when requested and did not spend much time on my problem areas. My main issue with this facility was the billing portion. I found them on my insurance portal as being INN and having a $25 copay. The owner made me pay in full and said it was because I hadnt met my deductible. My benefits clearly state deductibles do not go towards this benefit. She told me if I overpaid and insurance covers it, Id get a credit. Insurance said I would be entitled to a refund as giving credit instead is called balance billing and illegal. My insurance has left them a VM stating this and will be waiting on a claim to correct their billing issue and get me refunded for my overpayment. The reason for the 2 stars and not 1 is because they were pretty friendly. But I will not return. *Updated to 3 stars because the owner called me right back in regards to the VM left by my insurance. She stated she would give me a refund vs credit. Have to wait 2-3 weeks on a refund.
