Danny is a killer lawyer, who has represented our rental real estate company for years and through multiple successful evictions. Particularly in Tacoma, you cannot possibly do better. Caveat: he will not coddle you. He is effective, fast, acutely competent and knows the local legal landscape extremely well. Don't try his patience, however. I have had issues with my current lawyer on an eviction matter. The lawyer has been avoiding me for almost a month after daily attempts to reach him. Dan gave me a call back same day and helped me figure out some possible next steps. Whenever I have to go down this road again, Dan is my first call. Communication is huge for me.
