        Made an appointment for a piercing. I came in on time and they said their piercer was not available. The least they could have done is call or email me before I got there.

        This place gets busy! But I can see why. Huge selection of kids ear rings and other accessories. Staff had always been nice which is amazing being so busy. And if you get ears priced you get a email coupon once a month for a free pair if they are $12.95 and under. There is a huge selection of those. I'd go back again
