Got my engagement/wedding ring here as well as another ring and necklace. Very helpful staff and a great care plan for the jewelry. I love being able to get my rings cleaned and inspected, they also offer resizing as well. Overall very happy with the experience I had here.

I bought a ring on friday..I was immediately greeted in store. Which was bonus points because I was bit worried on the way on how i was dress; lets just say I looked rough. It was my day off and my fance sent me on misson to go find my engagement ring. He works alot and busy all the time so our off days dont always land together. Sounds weird but he wanted to make sure it would be something I would love. We were bit on a budget so she was amazing on helping me select the ring I was looking for. It was so beautiful that I couldnt wait to show him. Overall it was amazing experience that day. Now here were Im disappointed. I didnt have the ring size only because I wanted go home and show him; that I wasnt ready to size it just yet. Four days later my fance talked me go to in and size it; that and the cushion that I had bought at different store to keep the ring on didnt really work. So when I walked in (working with different person) to get it sized. I was charged a woping $66 dollars which I find ridiculous. I was told ether get the warrenty or pay the $66 dollars. Which is rip off in my opinion; I had just bought the ring a couple days ago and now youre charging me for that??? If i know wouldve know that to be honest; I wouldve been never bought the ring and I feel bad because that lady was soo sweet that i worked with me on friday. I say that because even if I got the ring that day and had it sized. It wouldve probably been free but maybe not and it mightve been additional cost for getting it sized Which is weird because If I like ring in store and if u dont have my size i have to basically pay additional something money for ether warrenty or sizing. If not then i was not made aware that it would be free to size it that day or it would cost me if i didnt do the same day. Which i would be understanding on that.

Rhonda was super knowledgeable and helped pick out the perfect ring!! She took the time to explain the differences between stones! We will definitely be back Thank you!!!
