We always get great service from the entire staff of W Insurance. Bryan is our agent and have always gotten superb attention from him and everyone in the office. This is a great local Tacoma family business. I have recommended W Insurance many times over the years and will continue to in the future.

We have had W Insurance for years. We have had amazing service from them and specifically, Tom Rosetto. Questions are always answered in a timely manner and we feel like Tom always looks for the best prices for us. The greatest compliment that I can give is that our adult children have used them and kept Tom as their own agent!!

DO NOT USE. DO NOT TRUST. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT. The full story: I had Travelers Insurance for auto through this group. My agent, Jennifer, never contacted me, never called me back and when I went to cancel because I didn't trust that she would be available in an emergency, she told me "it was taken care of." Needless to say, when I got charged for the next billing cycle, I called and spoke to the manager Dave who told me "there was a problem on my account but I was canceled" and he'd "call me back." When he did, he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault and it was taken care of. Not trusting him, I called the parent company who told me it had been posted THAT DAY by Dave, not two weeks before when I had actually called to cancel. So Jennifer never followed through and Dave lied. Do you really want to trust your insurance with them? I wouldn't.
