Worst Emergency Room. One nurse that cannot provide a pain killer, her answer, she has to finish with the rest of the patients first. Customer Service, only explain that the protocol blablabla. Ended up buying Tylenol in their pharmacy. Also, my dad was charged $2 for using a wheelchair for my mom and $5 for leaving the car to drop my mom.

Extremely busy but it appeared staff was doing what they could to accommodate all. Of course - shortcomings but it is an emergency room with ailing folk. Thank God I came in by ambulance but don't expect warm and fuzzy when approaching the reception desk as a walk in. My worst experiences with St. Joe ER.

Came here for covid symptoms and needing testing for work. I was told that my test results would show up on mychart within 1-2 hours. Im going on 24+ hours without results. I called and asked the front desk and the lady was rude and said she couldnt rush the results which I understand, but she didnt need to have the attitude that she did and maybe staff shouldnt give time frames that arent true especially when my job and pay relies on it.

Came on a non-trauma night, facilities were clean and everything was very speedy for an ER visit. Everyone from the receptionist to nurses and doctors were all super kind, friendly and helpful!
