Best employer, takes great care of their staff. Today is their annual hang out activities day. Visited Vashon island lighthouse. Than back on ferry to tour Ruston shops and restaurants. Beautiful office bldg. If interested in building something, these are the go to folks.

I have worked for, built and seen many custom quality homes and these by far are the worst I have seen. The quality of these brand new builds are poorly done. Nothing is plumb, level, or, square, paint is flashing, cut outs for vents and lights are to big exposing gaps, walls and corners are poorly done and not dry walled properly, house leaks and is bubbling after 2 weeks of move in, house is not finished, no garage doors. They screwed in the garage door track straight into dry way with no stud backing not 1 time but 2x. The quality is poor and the response time is even worse. I would not pay to have this company build me a house if they were the last builder out there. Save your money and go elsewhere. I promise. I talked with many of the neighbors and they all are having the same problems. Driveways are sinking gutters are damaged. They Installed warped doors. The list goes on. DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS COMPANY you will regret it.
