(Scope of work): indoor & outdoor home repair - Construction remodel (exterior & interior) projects were submitted: chimney chase rebuild, staircase carpets replaced, kitchen flooring, new ceiling fan installation, MB-shower door track repair, hose post replaced, dryer socket replaced (heat), washer hot-water plumbing repaired, backyard fort/structure repairs, yard swingset repair, new decking trim, tree stump removal (oak), paint new siding & trim (fireplace / chase).
