      The reviewer has never worked for Edgeworks Climbing. They are a former employee of Stone Gardens who, under previous ownership, was let go during the initial 6 months of COVID shutdowns and therefore has no direct knowledge of Edgeworks' employment standards or practices. Edgeworks has a strong focus on building a positive work environment for our team; we prioritized and maintained our staff throughout COVID and job opportunities and growth have continued for all current Stone Gardens and Edgeworks employees. We are aware the reviewer continues to revise his review to vent his frustrations and false statements and we will no longer engage in these comments. We hope that the reviewer can move on and find new opportunities that better suit their needs.
