        Really fun workout and supportive atmosphere. No open gym. Classes only. Pricing is transparent on the website.

        Was looking for an alternative to a classic gym environment. Im not super comfortable with weights and tend to divert to just walking on a treadmill for an hour. Im not much of a self starter. A few friends of mine reccomended vie. This place is reworking my entire view on fitness. I look forward to my workouts. I love having a group of girls cheering each other on no matter what stage youre at. Watching someone rack more weight today on cleans (which Ive literally never had the confidence to do in my life) inspired me to rack an extra ten on mine and it really sealed the deal. Its hands on but also at your own pace, the videos make it so easy to know exactly what youre walking into. Im still new here but such a fan of this place cant recommend it enough! Only request is maybe a noon weekend class? Weekend hours are a bit limited and I work nights and odd days so having that would be a godsend. I cant wait to be strong, thanks ladies
