Off the hook and my usual go to. Organization of management is obvious and things take time to happen. York Enterprises replaced a deck with tRex decking and modern looks with all safety in place. Then they replaced two aging sliding doors from the 80's to more modern easy to operate sliding doors. Finally, they replaced the front door with nice side lights. York added a dining area addition on to our house and remodeled the living room, den, kitchen, pantry, laundry room and primary bathroom. They added stairs to our deck and refreshed the Gaco outdoor surface. Julie Roland, interior designer, was fabulous helping us make choices about cabinets, tiles, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and many other design details. The construction superintendent, Jesse Nash, kept us informed and was creative in problem solving when we had to make changes to our design based on budget or structural requirements. We started the construction early in the year with the goal of being done by Thanksgiving and they met the goal as scheduled. The crew of carpenters were very professional and so were all of the subcontractors that York selected to complete the areas of the project that they didnt have the expertise to complete like plumbing and electrical. The previous owner of our house had York build and expand the decks on the house. We liked the results and that helped us choose them to do our work. A design build remodel does take time from start to finish but we the think the results that we got with York are worth it. We highly recommend York for your project.

York Enterprises remodeled my upstairs main and master showers. They took the tub/shower combo out of the main and transformed it into a beautiful tiled walk-in ADA shower for my elderly father. The master bath was a bigger project, where they tore out the water-damaged shower and tub inserts and floor, then replaced them both (tiled shower and stand-alone tub) along with a newly tiled floor. My words cant do the work York did justice. From start to finish, the guys and gals at York were amazing to work with. Their communication was excellent, their work timely, and the quality of their work superb. I knew the costs up front so there were never any surprises. My bathroom is just being completed and the work has been of the highest quality, including experience and professionalism of all the workers. I had new tile installed for the shower, along with vinyl plank flooring, new drywall, new lighting, and vanity. The work is so good I am having them start the design for a remodeled kitchen.
