Second time ordering garage doors. Last year we ordered 29 doors, this year 26 garage doors. They are commercial grade at $1, 000 ea. Last year the state distributor "forgot" our order on his desk and we were delayed almost 3 weeks. Today, two weeks delayed, they delivered 26 garage door traks and no doors. Appears they "lost" 26 garage doors. I asked for hanging brackets ($5ea set) to compensate for the hassle. ..NOPE!!!! So as a mini-storage facility with a waiting list for 90% of the new units, we are STOPPED!! Wayne Dalton has TERRIBLE business practices. Wish we had started with a different manufacturer. Update: finally received door panels 4 weeks late. No apology, no compensation, and date stamped on all 26 doors was 2 days prior to origional deliver date. Before they were assumed "missing". I have come to believe the doors were never built...the missing excuse was just that, a cover up for mis-scheduling.
