Gave a thorough report with photos and suggestions what to do next which was great. Only thing not appreciated was his expressed urgency to share his Christian faith during a business call when I did not ask for it, told him so, and he clearly could see by my home interior I am a Buddhist. It was surprising and and I felt professional boundaries were crossed.

Virgil was very communicative throughout the whole testing process. Being a prior home inspector and general contractor, he was even able to give us some tips to better maintain our home! He was very reasonably-priced and got results to us quickly.

Having sold my home, the buyers were worried there was a mold problem. He was able to get here, test the air around the area the buyers had a concern with and drilled a hole into the ceiling to get a sample of the air. He asked for a fast turnaround time from the lab which I really appreciated. As expected no mold problem. I would recommend them.
