People working there were very nice! I only had one item but it took 5 days to be cleaned (not sure if this is the norm for a blanket there or not) then got delayed four more days because it didnt make it on the truck or didnt have my name anymore. I want to recommend this business but Im a bit confused about their processes.

Have been bringing clothing for a while. They destroyed one of my shirts, did not comp, or take any ownership of them destroying my shirt. Will never go back there. Manager was rude as well.

People working there were very nice! Brandon, we understand your frustration. We did offer to repair the draw string on your sweater at no charge but could not find the matching color. We did offer alternate options as well. The item was cleaned according to its care label and the material failed during the cleaning. You also were not charged for the cleaning. We appreciate your feedback.
