The fork lift driver it seems like he doesn't like his job, bad attitude so lazy...but the lady at the office she are so friendly

No problems, fast unload for a floorload!
Also, I parked onsite overnight. Lumper fee required for floor loads, at least, not sure about palletized loads.

This place is a joke. Don't go there if at all possible. I had arrived 4 hours early before my appt on a Friday morning. They tried to charge me $100 to get unloaded early. They had no other trucks to unload. I had to wait over 4 hrs to drop 10 pallets. Driver beware. I hope managment see this post and do something about it. I would understand the fee if I had arrived late but this is unacceptable.
