Harbor Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - Tacoma

I had three tooth extractions this morning,and I can not say enough about how amazing Dr. Ludwig, was/is,just wow ! I have severe anxiety,get panic attacks,and I was totally at ease with both Dr. Ludwig and the technician. Had I known how fast,easy,and pain-free the procedure would be,I wouldn't have waited so long to deal with it. Office staff was all great,x-ray tech,receptionists,just wonderful. *neurodivergent friendly

I cant recommend this office enough! All the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The process of removing my wisdom tooth was fast and painless. Dr. Elias is awesome too! I highly recommend Harbor.

I cannot dote on this staff more. If they had an ability to give a 100 star rating, I would give it. I had a dental emergency and my normal dentist was able to get me in the same day I went to them, however, I use pierce shuttle and have to make arrangements the day before, so I waited for 2 days. When I arrived at the office, they showed genuine concern, got me through the paperwork as fast as possible and got me into the room. I am a bit afraid of the Dentist, so I asked for nitrous oxide and asked how much. I was shocked to learn that it was included for no cost. The only thing I would have to complain about was the dental assistant forgot to tell the Doctor, yes, an MD, to video take the procedure incase there was puss. Other than that, they were awesome. From the time I checked in to the time I left the office was an hour and 10 minutes.

Dr Bird is AMAZING. VERY compassionate. VERY understanding. And he listens to you!!!! His entire office is wonderful!!!

My sons fully formed wisdom teeth had to be removed. The staff here made him feel so comfortable as he has a needle phobia. They informed me through the process as I waited for him. And even gave him a goodie bag of ice cream and ice pack and gauze! What a wonderful experience for my son! The only thing missing is a goodie bag for the caregiver! Haha
