I was under the impression that I had found the perfect care for my two daughters. They were in care for a total of three days. When I picked them up on third day July 2,2019 my 1 year old had been in the same diaper I dropped her off in. To add insult to injury my 5 year old explained in detail how staff would give my 1year old a pacifier (binka) when she cried and I never consented to this as my daughter had been off pacifiers for a while. I would ask about the 1 year old and all I was asked was if they could apply orajel to her gums because she was teething and I of course agreed!!! I decided to end their care but they were closed for the remainder of that week (4th of July). Come Monday morning I spoke with the director who oversees both centers and she was very professional and understanding. I did not get to speak back directly with the owner in between time and honestly not changing my child's diaper is end game regardless. I didn't come to get my girls belongings until today 7/29/19, while I agree it was 27 calendar days, I was given attitude by staff when I asked about the brand new pack of diapers my child was sent with and their rice milk that I gave. If you could bag up their things why weren't all the belongings in the bags? Maybe they thought the evidence of keeping my child in the other diaper all day would seem less but the few diapers were the target brand that I sent there! I would have just went along with my life but when you act like you have an attitude about your own wrong doings then something isn't right!!! It was my child left in that diaper for over 6 hours and I could've reacted in a more irate way. I sure hope no one else has to deal with this type of behavior with their precious children! You don't get do overs when it comes to my babies!!!!
