I had heard mostly only bad reviews from this place from Union Members who have had to deal with things through here. I went down myself to handle an issue and it was one that was stressful. I want to thank Shellie for being empathetic to what I was going through. I'm going with the 3 stars at this time as the issue is still being resolved and is a tug-o-war with the state providing information, my employer and UEBT getting on the same page. We shall see what the outcome is.

Horrible Customer Service NEVER Professional Everytime I call I seem to frustrate an one of the phone representatives and get inaccurate information for such a small office I do not understand why they would have miscommunication. One day they say this the next time I call they say that. They don't document any calls but want to tell you it's not documented that I called. I DO NOT recommend having depentant insurance through UEBT they don't cover much or depentants so my advice is to save your money for your medical expenses or have a secondary insurance. UEBT please get your communicaton and coverage explainiations together and be more professional.

I have had nothing but issue after Issue with this insurance company!!!!! they have to make it so difficult to figure out any information on providers or where i can go. All i want to do is find a list of eye doctors I can visit, that will be covered, and their site has no information on that for me, and every site that they suggest I look at has no way of helping me. when ever i try to input my insurance information into a providers site or give the information to a doctors office they always have to end up calling the insurance office directly because it is not showing up when they search for it. i hate having to go thru this every time i go to a new place!!!!!!!!!!! their website is not user/member friendly, i cannot look up provider's i cannot pay a bill, i cannot do anything but look up previous bills and find their contact information! Steer clear of this place unless you love stressing out!!! oh an the staff at this place is also not the most helpful or friendly either! just don't waste your time...
