Worst customer service ever. I was quoted a price and 6 days later I get an email saying that they screwed up on the bid and needed to charge me 2000 more for the job. I expressed that I was disappointed as I did not have a lot of time left to even seek another contractor to meet this deadline. Then to top it all off they tried to place blame on me for not understanding how they line item their estimates. They also tried to say this was just a simple mistake I told them $2000 is hardly a simple mistake. I honestly would have paid them and went ahead with the job even though I was unhappy with the estimate but to place blame on the customer for not understanding their estimate and expecting them to do their job correctly is ridiculous. Worst experience ever!! I would definitely suggest going elsewhere and choose a company with accountability.
