I had reached out in May for a screen printing order for my business and after an initial responsive conversation was given information for next steps. I immediately sent an email with our screen printing order including graphics, and then never heard back from them. After calling and sending two follow up emails I was able to connect with John and gave them access to our Drive with the order, graphics, style numbers and sizes. All they needed to do was give me a quote and send to the printers. However, they never even opened the files. After calling and emailing again I received no response. It is frustrating to have wasted six weeks trying to work with a screen printing company only to have to restart the process and rush our order. I would not recommend Fully Promoted.

I have been going to Fully Promoted for our company work shirts and hats for about 3 years now and have always been extremely satisfied. I have also recently ordered some swag with our company logo and again super happy.
