        Great place to go & sit with a cup of coffee or walk around the Proctor District neighborhood. I've been coming to this area for a number of years; it's a really mellow vibe. The staff is very friend & know how to make a great cup of coffee! My go to is a Venti White Chocolate Moca Triple Shoot w/ Whip.... yum

        Horrible customer service from Ari. My order was done and on the counter waiting to be bagged. A lady asked Ari to bag the order as it is all done, and the customer is waiting. ARI said, "Just let them wait. I am busy." I waited 6 more mins. There's nothing still. So I asked Ari if she could bag my order, and she said I am stocking for future customers, so I will be a minute. It's ready. Wait, it's already over 10 mins. Thank goodness Andrew took active and bagged it for me and apologized. Why make my food and drink if you'll ain't gonna bag it and just let it sit. Make it make sense, Ari
