MultiCare Mary Bridge Children's Hospital - Emergency Department

Every time I come here with my kids, were waiting for 4 - 5 hours at least. Agree with everything it was said in comments with 1 star. Horrible experience.

I would like to leave a better review, but because I have contested a bill, and no one has responded to me after numerous attempts since October I now have a bill from care payment. So here is my negative review. I dont plan to ever take my kids back here unless were dying and absolutely have to. The doctor billed the procedure with one level of emergency code and the hospital billed it with a different level of emergency code. Im not an expert in billing, but that doesnt seem right for whatever reason it has taken since October to hear from anybody is beyond me. I have tried numerous times and it was still in process but here I am with a bill from care of payment for the whole thing thats expected to be paid ASAP

we did not have a long wait, we were prioritized through triage with concerns about my daughter. felt as though the nurses were compassionate and validated my concerns

They are very lazy when examining your child. They do not care and dont bother to diagnose. I took my 6 month old who had a 102.6 fever to just tell me to take Tylenol and go home. Did that and his fever is continuing to climb. Very terrible hospital. Save your time and your child by going elsewhere.

Favorite place to bring my boys. I have brought my 3 year old multiple times for asthma attacks and they are very prompt and very kind during such scary times. My other son had possibly swallowed something and we were back and getting an xray within 20 minutes. Amazing ER. I will take the 45 minute drive everytime for my babies.
