        Review for ONLY this location: Nightmare experience. Spent over an hour there trying to add a new line. Was charged hundreds of dollars without explanation. Language barrier was part of the problem, but mostly just very very bad customer service. Went to my regular Metro PCS and he said this location in notoriously bad.

        SCAMERSSSS!!! SCAMERSSSSS!!! I went in there a couple weeks ago and I got my devise changed and just kept my same SIM card. They charged me $60 for the devise changed. I just got confirmation it should only be $25 to do a devise change which is already a lot to begin with. I am sooooo disappointed Ive been with metro for years and loved the service but I have switched since then. I do not like being SCAMMED from my money. NEVER go into this store or Metro in general.
