        At least 3 times a month for the last year the TV cannot stream Netflix or Prime. We have 70mpbs or higher & when we call we get reason why this happens. There is only 2 of us in house. No one is using any other devices. Very frustrating

        High definition channels are often out. Tacoma squandered the opportunity with click. That's what you get when you get a bunch of public employees running a business when they know nothing about a real business that has to actually make money and provide a good service.

        Buffering often enough during a show I can't enjoy it. Tacoma never should have given Click up, quality down, channel count down, prices up. Only stay with it because no better option.
