They dont have staff, no one is working there. Have no idea why they dont close and stop offering their center for delivery. It is such a disappointment to come in a labor to find out they dont have staff for you and you need to go to the hospital. Book your natural labor experience somewhere else.

My wife and I had the privilege to give birth at the midwifery birthing center at St. Joes. The rooms were so great and comfortable with everything you want but the real reason it was so great was the amazing staff. They are so attentive and helpful. We are first time parents but they were able to make us feel so at ease with the whole process. We cant recommend them enough and will absolutely be going back for our next child.

I would never go anywhere else to have a child. What a safe, peaceful and caring place to give birth. Every staff member there is simply amazing, we connected with everyone there. I literally could not have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for a place to do a natural birth this it. They have so many pain coping labor options, it's amazing! and the environment feels like your in a inn and not a hospital. I will forever be telling how amazing this place is. Words really cannot describe how amazing they are there.

If I could go back in time, I would have wanted my first born to be delivered here. The team of midwives and RNs are amazing, supportive, and really do their best to put me at ease. The lights were nice and dimmed. The smell of lavender on a towel was next to me during some of my strongest contractions that I rode through on land. I decided to have most of my active labor as well as deliver in the birthing tub and that was a game changer! Less pressure on my back as I was helped by my husband and team to float better. I heard about how uncomfortable stripping the membranes were but whenever midwife Carrie did it, it actually felt good. My husband and I really liked how we were able to play music and sing our baby out. That really helped with my contractions. With the combination of my husband doing perineum massaging since week 34 and the water birthing, I only had 2 small tears. Special shout out to Jenn, Carrie, Jessica, Sarah, and Kate for making the experience amazing. I am recovering so much quicker this time around. They have the Medela Symphony for nipple stimulation but stimulating with just my fingers worked better for me. RN said I could stimulate at any intensity so I went a little overboard on the Symphony. Damage on my nipples (sore) was already done by the time the midwife corrected this and said to use the lowest setting (the only downer to my experience besides getting poked 3 times by the same RN to put the IV in for antibiotics since I tested positive for GBS). RN really did her best though (I have small veins and had told her so, but I learned I also have Rolly veins). Nitrous oxide (I was able to use this since I tested negative for Covid) was used when I was getting stitched up so I barely felt a thing. I was able to stay overnight for 12 hours after delivering and was discharged the next morning.
