Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I came to this branch to make deposits this morning. Horrible customer service. Jennifer at the counter threw my ID back. Awful experience.

If you are new to this area do not open an account with Bank of America. Im trying to save you here from a catastrophic mistake. There are loads of other options here that can better serve your needs. It doesnt matter what BOA branch I go to its always 1 teller, no drive thru option, and 4 other bank employees walking around talking with one another. On a Friday there was still only 1 teller and without a drive thru you can imagine how long the line takes. Its so irritating too to see the manager of the bank gossiping with another bank employee while there is a long line. It should not take 20 minutes to make a straight deposit and I was first one in line-unreal! And to top it off with there is a fee for everything.

Would be nice if someone answered a phone. Especially since someone is using the number for phishing people.

Just from the bank really felt unwanted unwelcomed , and sadly I took time off to come to my new branch as I moved in this area, felt so sad.

I went today to do wire transfer We need to be there different account tomorrow. She said be theretoday. Now the end the day and tomorrow is Saturday. No one answered. She was confused what she is doing.. now. Who covered this problem???????
