        Amazing customer service, flexible availability, competitive pricing. AC needed to be recharged before long road trip and he was able to get me in and dropped my AC temp from 60 down to a chilly 40. So thankful and will be a regular for all my autos.

        MULTIPLE attempts to make contact, nothing but voicemail asking leave messages or text, several unanswered messages and multiple unanswered texts. Now he has a system that puts you in spam so you get these ridiculous recordings. So I drove to the business address which turns out to be a residence, thats ok but a note on the door says by appointment only not to knock on the door. All I need is some parts and advice and was willing to pay for both. Just dont get it, terrible customer service and with so many positive reviews it doesnt make sense but Ive wasted enough of my time trying to give him money.

        The A/C Man is awesome! The last service he did lasted 8yrs! I drove home feeling very cold today!! Great service and a really good guy. My son works at an auto shop and they speak very highly of him too. Highly recommend!!!

      After a little looking and seeing your profile it appears you are from DB Limousine, and called once leaving a message after hours but I texted back at the number you called from 30 minutes later and got no reply back from you.
