Went to the Tacoma dealer to pick up 2 gaskets (Puyallup dealer told me the had them in stock) I arrived there on Saturday morning and went to the parts counter no one was there . Waited there and was looking for someone to help my . Saw 3 workers in the bay talking talking they looked at me and kept on talking so 10 min goes buy and then finally one of the workers walked up to me and with a attitude said I have to ring a bell on the parts counter . I did not appreciate his attitude. Plus he looked like a sales guy (I can there not just for part my intentions was to order a brand new tacoma) after I rang the bell a parts guy came out and asked what parts I needed, I had a print out of the parts from Puyallup and showed him the parts. He looked it up and said they only have 1 gasket . At this point I am getting iritated . They he tells me to total 58.00 when the print out from Puyallup was for 35.00 . I told him why is more money? He said he can price match it and so he did, 1 min later a northern parts guy walks up and notice that the first parts guy matched the price . And the second price guy with a huge attitude said no we can't price match it and if I want the gaskets I will have to pay the full price. So I lost it I took the quoted slip of the table turned around and walked out to my veichal . I was so mad I was shaking , I don't think this dealer knows what custimer service is . Will never go back there and will tell others to not go there unless you want to be treated badly . I don't ever write reviews but think this needed to be written down .

I changed my engine oil here and they did not put my engine oil cap back on. Had a strong gas smell and my car shook. Had to get towed back to Toyota. Came here and paid more money, but got the worst service ever. Doesn't seem like they care about their customers.

Changing engine oil is a very basic service, but they couldn't even do that correctly. Wasted so much time and got lots of stress.
