Couldnt find the right part for car said it was custom and not sold anymore by Mercedes instead of fixing it with the new model they decided to cheap out and put the stock cover on in my opinion thats not the best care now my car doesnt have the same appeal as well as the long wait for minor damage I wasnt aware till a day or two before getting my vehicle I feel like I was forced to accept the terrible job

These people are absolute saints. They had to deal with a lot when it came to my insurance company and they remained polite, kind and helpful throughout the entire ordeal. Susan in the front office always greeted me with kindness and is very knowledgeable. She kept in touch with me via text message to let me know the status of my vehicle through the entire process. The amount of patience this body shop has considering how difficult my insurance company made the process. I highly recommend them.

This is where you want your vehicle repaired. Absolutely top notch service and work. Great communication and keeping us well informed and up to date on the status. We had been lied to and put off by another shop and pulled our business and brought it here. An hour away from home but worth every bit. Front office was polite, knowledgeable and committed to our experience there. Shop did great work, made sure things were done right the first time. Exactly the experience you hope for with a repair shop but rarely find. Obviously I hope not to have another vehicle requiring repair but if I do, I know where itll go.
