There is ALWAYS a problem here today I was refused service because the only person working was the branch manager and she REFUSED to help me with a withdrawal.
First time I ever went to the bank and was told Im not able to have access to my money! I will be closing my account here and would recommend that you go literally ANYWHERE else!!

This branch is never open the hours listed on Google. For a bank to have such a difficult to use app, you'd think someone there would know how to update branch hours for the holidays or inclimate weather. This branch has gone down hill in the 7 years I've been coming to this location (112th and Pacific). The tellers would rather talk to each other than help customers. Almost every single teller rude, impersonal, and apathetic. The bankers aren't much better. They are more worried about meeting sales goals than helping the customer get what they want. Furthermore, the left hand doesn't seem to have a clue what the right hand is doing. I had a negative balance for months while fighting the fraud on my account. After finally getting it resolved (by going to the 3rd party because wells fargo was no help), they wrote the account as a charge off and closed it. The branch knew what was going on and promised the account would not be closed until everything was resolved. The people in whatever country the call center is at, had no idea what I was talking about. Not only were they hard to understand but they were extremely rude. I don't care who you are, calling someone else names as an adult is always uncalled for. I only continue doing business here because no other banks will take me with the charge off on my credit and because they closed the account, the 3rd party has no way to refund the money and fees to clear the balance, so I'm, once again, stuck in limbo with nobody having the power to actually do anything.
The saddest part is that this place used to be amazing! Lots of friendly tellers who actually remembered regular customers; bankers who got you the services you need and not just what they needed to sell. They used to fix problems with you and now they just cause problems for you and put you in an endless cycle of hot potato that leads nowhere. The fraud department is a joke. It's taken MONTHS to really get nowhere but more screwed.
Not to mention:
No more codes for cardless ATM transactions.
No more instant debit cards.
No more secured credit cards.
No more retirement accounts in branch and no answers about them either.
No investing accounts available in branch.
I'm not exactly sure what this branch actually does beyond the basic deposits and withdrawals from accounts that are already open.
It's so so sad.
