      We thoroughly reviewed all the feedback to better understand renters' concerns. Regrettably, the specific apartment you initially toured had already been secured by another resident before you confirmed your commitment, as we operate on a first-come-first-served basis. Before your move-in, we diligently cleaned the apartment, including the carpets, and performed basic maintenance. Following your move-in, we promptly attended to additional maintenance requests and further cleaned the carpets. We sincerely hope that these efforts contribute to making your new home more comfortable for you.
