Very poor communication nyressha and this company makes up rules ast they go you spend 60 screen to get denied because you don't have a 750+ credit score which says no where on there application process they discriminated against my mother because they didn't want to accept her housing voucher point blank! So beware of applying here they'll take your money waste your time and deny you for reason they just want. And I really want to know Joe many people in that complex has a 750 credit score cause I can bet all I have not nyreesha nor any of the other employees make enough nor have the score to live where they supposedly work. SO LISTEN TO THE POOR REVIEWS THAT CAME BEFORE MINES AND KEEP SEARCHING ELSEWHERE.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Our apartment has been covered in toxic mold the whole year weve lived here. when we requested a full removal and to be moved to another unit they just brought us a mold killer spray. Our bathroom ceiling and walls are covered in mold as well as every window sill in our apartment. We have been sick the whole year weve lived here. on top of them adding so many extra fees and payments. Your electric is also shared per building and the more people on your lease the more you pay which they didnt tell us making our electric bill $200 the whole winter even though we never turned our heat on.

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Save yourself the time and pain and move anywhere else. To start the management is horrific. They cover up hidden fees when it comes to rent. All the amenities besides the gym close before you can even get off work but you are forced to pay. They lie and steal.
The maintenance men are nice but have no clue what they are doing. They painted over our black mold, when our bathtub was falling apartment all they did was paint it white again. This is a terrible place that I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. They put on a nice smile and tell you what you want to hear. There is trash and dog poop everywhere, you cant walk outside without stepping in a mountain of it. Nothing they do is helpful. Its the classic, paint over anything broken and hold it together with scotch tape. Save yourself the time and pain and DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!
