        They haven't answered their phone in a week to schedule an appointment and I don't even live there, so I wouldn't want to be a resident calling about something more important.

        Repeatedly tried to contact the complex and have never heard back. Tried calling multiple times and filled out their contact form. It's been a week and I've heard nothing. I feel bad if for the residents of they're this hard to get ahold of.
