very upsetting experience! recently seen my main provider to get back on my medication so I got refereed to comprehensive only to wait on a call for over two weeks, and when I called them really wanting an appointment they let me know it would be months wait until i could get in which led me to get really overwhelmed and crying over the phone, the receptionist awkwardly ended the phone call with, yeah im sorry nothing i said could get you help I understand the referral process could be difficult and take a while but I was literally hitting a breaking point overwhelmed over the phone with a mental health clinic that couldnt get me no help nor speak to me with compassion

Horrible experience here tried calling to complain and ask for a supervisor but they dont allow you to talk to supervisors only to a client advocate. Management probably disconnected from whats happening Update.. advocate never called me.

The staff are friendly and professional. My issue was not getting consistent care because of many appointments having to be rescheduled, but it was for very understandable reasons. Regardless, it set me back on my personal progress and progress on my treatment. My other issue was that unfortunately, they had a change in staff resulting in me not being able to get all the types of treatment that I was looking for.
