I purchased an Artic Fox travel trailer. They were very upfront, easy to deal with and helpful. My only concern was i needed an adjustment to be made with the trailer and it took over 2 weeks to fix.

What a wonderful buying experience. Friendly and very knowledgeable about their products, low pressure sale, great purchase price, went above and beyond on making sure we were taken care of to packing the bearings on our very lightly used coach as well as doing a thorough inspection and then a thorough walkthrough, and hitch setup, making sure we were confident and ready to travel. We had been considering an RV for a while, and are so happy we got it from Sumner RV. The entire staff there was very knowledgeable and professional, and a pleasure to work with. They gave us a really fair price to start with, so there was no haggling or back and forth on the deal. An all around great experience!

Our experience at Sumner Rv was exceptional. We purchased an Outdoors 19MKS, the assistance and ease of the purchasing process was stress free and all the employees were very helpful and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a high quality Outdoors or Northwood RV to shop at Sumner RV!
