        Ive been going for about a year and a half now and cant say enough good things. I was very hesitant to go and start but I was made to feel welcome and not at all self conscious about being new. Sifu Chase and Sigi Dexheimer are very patient and good at explaining things different ways to make sure you understand. 100/100 would recommend if you are even slightly interested in learning some martial arts and self defense. The curriculum is very geared towards practical application which I love.

        This is a fun loving and caring class. They dont just care about you coming to class they care about what is going on in real life. My daughter goes to class three days a week and she loves it she is becoming open, more respectful and caring about something not just her phone. Thank you for making this class so perfect

        Both the head instructor Mr. Alex Chase and his assistant Ms. Melody Dexheimer are very nice and patient. In the adult basic class, there are several different levels. You can begin at any level. There are other classes as well, sparring, kung fu club, and other higher level classes.

      Hidden Lake Kung Fu

      We are a family-friendly school and offer smaller classes with individualized attention for adults and kids ages 5 and up. Private lessons are available as a membership add-on or as stand-alone training. Our art is Moh Pai and our style is a composite of different styles based on the Shaolin five animals: Tiger, Leopard/Panther, Snake, Crane, and Dragon. We are primarily a striking art focusing on mid to close range. Although we have some basic ground and self-defense techniques in our style. At Hidden Lake Kung Fu we want you to understand, succeed and grow from training.
