        Generally very easy to work with company, and rates are always very good when I call around and shop rates, Duane Weber has consistently had the lowest rates for me. However, when asking for a quote or to start a policy from a given quote a lot of times an attendant answers the phone and stated we will give a call back, and I then have to call back a couple hours or a day later and get an insurance agent to work up a quite. 4/5 stars.
