        I ordered a hot tub in October with the understanding it would be done in 8 wks. Fast forward to dec 20- I call and am told it is not even in production yet as they dont have the pumps. At this point I dont wont to continue with the order. I call and Mary says it shouldnt be a problem. I then receive an email from Cathy saying its too late your spa is finishing up. Their factory was shut down during this week so a blatant lie. I once again tell her I want this cancelled and I will not accept anything else. I document all of my conversations confirming that that hot tub is NOT in production at this time. I email a corporate email given to me (belmore) multiple times with zero response. Fast forward to today March 11. I am charged 6400 for a spa I chose to cancel and have not heard a word about since December- no hey the spa is done, no delivery set up , no cancellation confirmation, not a peep since December. Ive tried to call numerous times and they disconnect the call. I have since disputed this charge with my bank and will update as this transpires. I have never been so disgusted with a business before. Fraud at its finest.

        Worst warranty Ive ever seen in my life. I even paid for an extended warranty. This was their first attempt at fixing a DEAD 13 month old hot tub. They send a used GFCI cord to replace yourself. Its obviously Fu**ing used!!!!!!! I already put a multi meter on the panel itself to know its not the cord. This cord looks worse than the one I already have. I cant believe this company.
