        Andy and team provided prompt response and review of my electrical system after my clothes dryer melted down. I was worried about any possible wiring problems, due to a continued plastic smell, and it was confirmed all was well. I just needed to air things out and clean off surfaces the plastic fog had adhered to. Thanks for your quick and thorough response - and kindness during a stressful day!
