I placed my 95 year old mother at Franklin Place in June. I was very reluctant but could no longer safely care for her. I spoke with Diana and several staff members before placing her. After in depth conversations and research I was confident Franklin Place was the correct facility for her and her care needs. I placed her during Covid19 and the staff was incredible and allowed us to safely get her room customized and decorated with familiar items and pictures from home. The staff updated us with her care and health routinely. They always encouraged me to call at anytime for updates. The Franklin Place staff also allowed us to safely see her and visit her. They provided full PPE for safety and followed all procedures.
The staff took a personal interest in my mother and fussed over her. My mother was able to move her precious cat companion with her and I know this was great comfort to her.
I recommend Franklin Place for your loved family member. My husband even commented we should reserve a room for ourselves.
